- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client group(s)
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
- Source candidates and create pipelines using innovative and available resources
- Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations
- Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Web-based recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
- Consult with managers on all offers of employment
- Negotiate offers with candidates and prepares formal offer
- Collaborate with people experience team to schedule interviews and provide travel arrangements
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of full lifecycle recruiting OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to clear required background check
- Experience in remote work environments
- Experience with Workday ATS Recruiting
- This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states, D.C.
- We anticipate the hourly range to be $27.28 - $43.62. This is a temporary/contractor role, and you will be an employee of Randstad. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Randstad offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
