Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, through the implementation of behavior analytic interventions. Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare professionals.
Experience
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Familiarity with patient care practices and the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards.
- Previous experience in working with children is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Applicant must be willing to commute to different locations in the Orlando area including Deltona, Windermere, Altamonte, Sanford.
Applicant must be available on some weekends and night shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
