Essential functions may vary from administrative, clerical and support level work to more hands-on tactical work as determined by team needs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.Perform competitive research, data manipulation and analysisCollaborate with teammates as well as other parts of the organization to complete assigned tasksLearn and apply best practices in human resourcesExecute tasks by utilizing various technologies and platforms specific to the businessParticipate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and online training programs.Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues via email or virtual meetings.Provide additional support to the team as neededSupervisory Responsibilities : This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma, currently pursuing a BS / BA or MS / MA degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong analytical, written and verbal communication skillsExcellent collaboration skillsObservational and listening skillsSelf-motivatedExcellent problem-solving and execution skillsDetail-oriented and organizational skillsPassionate about creating well-designed products for educationAbility to listen effectively, respect others\' perspectives and contributions, and offer and accept constructive feedbackMS 365; Web proficiencyAbility to clear required background checkDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Proficient online tools & utilities (e.g. Jira, SharePoint, Social Media, PowerPoint)WORK ENVIRONMENT : The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.This position is remote and open to residents of the 50 states, D.C.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS : Stride, Inc. considers a person\'s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position\'s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee\'s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position\'s level and expected contribution, and the employee\'s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.We anticipate the hourly range to be \$14.42 - \$28.85. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual\'s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
