Job Description K12 is currently seeking a Senior UX / UI Designer to design consumer facing websites, landing pages, and apps. We are looking for someone with experience building large scale projects involving high content properties and can give visual clarity to large commerce sites with UX complexities. You will work alongside a team of graphic designers and visual artists under the guidance of our Design Manager and Creative Director.Responsibilities Brainstorm creative concepts with marketing stakeholders.Develop original design concepts and execute designs based on established style guides.Participate in visual design presentations to stakeholders.Develop design specs for programming and development.Collaborate with and mentor other designers.This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.Minimum Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.4 years of UX design experience, preferably some in an agency or in-house environment.Equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have a pixel-perfect attention to detail.Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, and how it relates to web design.Well-organized and relentlessly self-motivated.Marketing / Business experience.Strong conceptual thinking : resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to clear required background check.Additional Qualifications Animation skills for prototyping are not required but a major plus.Excellent prioritization, time management, communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Switch from creative designer to production designer depending on the project.Showcase knowledge of research in technology and design trends.About the Company Stride, Inc. supports learners of all ages with inspired teachers and personalized experiences.
