Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with patients, providing bilingual support to ensure they feel confident using RPM devices
- Set up, configure, and manage RPM devices, such as glucometers, blood pressure monitors, and other health monitoring equipment
- Provide thorough training and ongoing support to patients on proper device usage in both English and Spanish
- Monitor patient data collected from RPM devices and prepare detailed reports for healthcare providers
- Collaborate with providers to interpret patient health data and inform care decisions
- Coordinate and schedule patient follow-ups, troubleshooting sessions, and routine device maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues with RPM devices and facilitate repairs or replacements when necessary
- Accurately document patient interactions and device data in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Ensure continuous patient support and system functionality for optimal health monitoring
- Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or remote patient monitoring preferred
- Technologically proficient with a strong understanding of health monitoring devices and data interpretation
- Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions in both languages
- Familiarity with EHR systems and health data management
- Empathy-driven, patient-focused approach to care delivery
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple patient interactions and tasks
- Experience with remote care technologies is a plus
