Job Title: Shipping Coordinator - Healthcare Office
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our healthcare office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipment of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage preparation and shipments, including printing labels and packing items.
- Fulfill all order requests via email or our in-house program (MD365).
- Provide supplies to all our facilities as needed.
- Fulfill meter replacement requests.
- Process in-house and drop-shipped refill orders.
- Utilize various software systems, including MD365, Parachute, Stamps.com, GHL, Iglucose portal, Fora portal, and Rcopia, for efficient order processing and patient monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems such as MD365, Parachute, Stamps.com, GHL, Iglucose portal, Fora portal, and Rcopia is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within the office.
- Experience in a healthcare office or shipping environment is preferred, but not required.
