Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer at Strider, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision and strategy for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and intelligence specialists to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.
What you will do :
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences and use findings to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and intelligence specialists to ensure the successful implementation of designs, advocating for the best user experience.
- Understand our unique value proposition, our clients, the content, and the context to deliver good UX, then leverage user feedback, site analytics, and industry best practices to improve upon that experience.
- Ideate, initiate, lead, and participate in in-person and virtual design thinking workshops.
- Design ideal customer-centric experiences while also providing iterative short-term approaches.
- Create deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Create data visualization with a focus on making those visuals helpful to clearly understand.
