Position Overview : Join our compassionate team at Strides ABA as a Behavior Technician, where you will have the rewarding opportunity to work with children facing developmental challenges. In this role, you will provide essential in-home, community-based, or daycare support, ensuring every child has the chance to reach their fullest potential. You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized therapy plans, collect important data, and utilize positive reinforcement strategies to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You will also collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and clinical professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes and daycare centers.
- Execute tailored treatment plans designed by the BCBA to meet each child's specific needs.
- Monitor, document, and analyze client behavior and progress meticulously.
- Work in partnership with the BCBA to optimize client care outcomes.
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for clients.
- Engage with clients and their families in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner.
