We are an enthusiast-driven, product-focused company that works on interesting problems with a great team. We are developing various products in the RF, DSP, and electronics spaces, ranging from consumer products carried at brick-and-mortar stores to beautifully designed, powerful engineering test equipment.
Please note that Radenso Radar and Strikeman, USA Inc. are two distinct brands operating under the umbrella of noLimits Enterprises. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with and make an impact across both brands.
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to assist with the scheduling, planning, and managing of activities to ensure successful project execution, with a focus on software-related projects. The Project Manager is responsible for new and ongoing projects across our business and will help establish success criteria for properly implementing all project elements.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to work with multiple disciplines and demonstrate solid project management skills. You should also have excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

This position is onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets with the assistance of the project team.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between departments such as marketing, engineering, and logistics.
- Interact with vendors, understand our needs and requirements, and communicate them with input from technical resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external resources to help refine project workflows.
- Track project progression and initiate corrective actions when risks are identified.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in consumer products or a related industry with a focus on software and mobile applications.
- Proven experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to successfully plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time and within scope.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources while working within production timelines.
- Capability to effectively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
