The Technical Integrations & Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing complex integrations across marketing platforms, CRMs, automations, and websites. This role supports our client services and operations teams by ensuring the tech stack works smoothly and efficiently, solving high-level tech challenges, and providing innovative solutions that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Postback Setup & Attribution Management: Lead full implementation of advertiser tracking, server-to-server integrations (Everflow, Facebook CAPI, etc.)
- Pixel & Tag Management: Place, test, and verify pixels across landing pages, CRMs, and ad platforms. Ensure clean, consistent data flow.
- Data Reconciliation: Own the resolution of discrepancies in lead counts, conversion tracking, and performance metrics across internal and external systems.
- Automation Support: Build and maintain workflows using Zapier, Google Apps Script, and related tools to connect systems and streamline operations.
- Internal Tech Support: Be the first stop for tech requests like CRM triggers, funnel data syncing, and API connections, particularly across DAB and Owned Properties.
- Light Coding: Write lightweight code and scripts (HTML, JavaScript, JSON) to solve issues without needing full dev cycles.
- Documentation & Optimization: Systematize your work. Create documentation so our team doesn’t have to reinvent the wheel next time.
- QA & Verification: Verify that setups are not just complete, but functioning exactly as intended, before wider team usage
- Ad Tracking Management: Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking & Pixel Implementation, Server-to-Server Tracking, A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing funnel integrations (e.g., CRM, email, ad platforms, landing pages, eCommerce, analytics).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Zapier, Shopify, WordPress, Unbounce, and ClickFunnels.
- Collaborate with account managers and strategists to scope out and deliver high-level technical solutions for clients.
- Create and maintain documentation for tech solutions, processes, and automation.
- Oversee tagging, tracking, and data flow for accurate reporting (GA4, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or integrations to improve efficiency and results.
- Manage third-party devs or contractors, if necessary, to implement larger builds.
- 3 years working in marketing ops, ad tech, or integration-heavy digital environments
- Fluent with Zapier, Everflow, Google Tag Manager, and pixel/postback setup
- Comfortable in Google Sheets, Apps Script, and browser developer tools (for debugging)
- Experience with tools like Webflow, ClickFunnels, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, and Unbounce
- Understands event tracking, UTM structures, and basic data flow design
- Familiar with APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting cross-platform setups
- Detail-oriented, process-minded, and independently driven
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and automation systems.
- Proficient with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), CRM platforms, landing page builders, analytics tools, and eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and light custom coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or JSON) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment.
- Experience with ad platforms and tracking (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Working knowledge of privacy compliance best practices (GDPR, CCPA, cookie consent).
- Project management experience (Asana or similar tools) is a plus.
- Compensation
- $80,000-$110,000
