We’re looking for a Client Technical Advisor who can build strong client relationships, develop strategic IT Roadmaps, and ensure our clients leverage technology to drive productivity, security, and profitability.
This is a client-facing, account management, and advisory role, ideal for someone passionate about aligning technology strategy with business goals.
What You’ll Do
IT Roadmaps and Strategy
- Collaborate with C-level executives and business leaders to develop IT Roadmaps based on Stringfellow and industry best practices.
- Identify, scope, present, and sell IT projects to align with business objectives and drive client growth.
Client Account Management
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for client business requests.
- Serve as the confident trusted advisor and liaison during critical IT issue resolutions.
- Quickly build and maintain long-term relationships through independent client touches, in-person visits, and strategic networking.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and strategic account growth throughout the client lifecycle.
Technology Advisory and Execution
- Develop thorough IT strategies and budgets tailored to business needs.
- Maintain friendly business consultation relationships with assigned clients.
- Oversee project pipelines and ensure smooth execution.
- Share industry insights and thought leadership with clients.
- Support compliance alignment (HIPAA, PCI, HiTRUST, Cyber Liability) and reporting.
- Manage Microsoft 365 subscriptions, hardware warranties, and other assets.

- Organized and strategic, capable of managing multiple client accounts, IT budgets, and roadmaps effectively.
What You Need to Succeed
- Three or more years in account management, preferably in IT services, MSP, or B2B technology.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and Microsoft cloud services (Azure, M365, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Experience with compliance reporting (HIPAA, PCI, HiTRUST, Cyber Liability) is a plus.
- Must be able to commute to Brentwood, TN, four days per week.
