Job Summary
Come join us as we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill a role on our landscaping maintenance and installation crew. Performing task such as performing spring clean ups, mulching, landscape installation, pruning, light dirt work and hardscape jobs.
Duties
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as planting, watering, mulching
- Assist with planting, watering, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Dig holes for planting or installing irrigation systems as needed.
- Use hand tools and power equipment to build and maintain landscape features
- Remove weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials from outdoor areas
- Assist with the installation of hardscape elements such as walkways, patios and retaining walls.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance is required.
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work 40-55 Hours weekly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be reliable.
- Experience in machinery is preferred but not required.
- Experience in hardscape is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge in landscape lighting is preferred but not required.
- Snow removal experience is preferred but not required.
Pay will Range from $16.00-$20.00 Hourly
Start time is 7:00 AM
Year end bonus will be given out based on performance and attendance.
After 90 days two PTO days will be issued followed with a week of PTO annually.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
