As a Group Fitness Trainer, you'll inspire and empower our clients through our unique High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programs. You'll play a vital role in our "never give up" culture by providing expert advice, guidance, and motivation to help our clients reach their full potential. We trust our employees to be self-determined and goal-driven, and we provide the support they need to excel.
*Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and dynamic group fitness classes
- Ensure proper exercise form and provide exercise modifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service, showing genuine care for clients
- Continually motivate members throughout each workout
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
*Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service
- Sales Experience
- Group Fitness, Crossfit, Bootcamp or similar experience
