The Fitness Instructor will be required to:
- Must be able to modify based on fitness capability.
- Build relationships and a sense of community with other like-minded individuals
- Maintain all mandatory education certifications
- Ensure class coverage when unavailable to teach.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting returning participants and always welcoming
new participants. - Teaching group exercises classes that are safe, effective, fun, and motivating for members.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Group Fitness education certification.
- Teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- CPR/AED Certification
- Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class, which may include, but not limited
to, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, running, crawling, and kneeling
