🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, from sourcing to placement.
- Build and nurture relationships with VC firms, founders, and GTM execs.
- Contribute to our expansion by helping us establish a powerhouse team in Tampa.
- Leverage our tech stack and ATS to streamline your recruitment process.
🔥 What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of recruitment experience (SaaS, GTM, or executive search preferred).
- Proven track record of billing success and hitting revenue targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive in a fast-growing, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Tampa within 6-12 months.
