Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a GTM Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent within our client companies. This role is critical in supporting our clients' growth strategies by building high-performing teams in sales, marketing, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand GTM hiring needs.
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide strategic guidance on GTM hiring strategies and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the GTM space, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of GTM functions including sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
