Strive has partnered with a leading SaaS / Payments company to find a results-driven VP of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise sales function. This role is perfect for a strategic sales leader with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams, implementing scalable sales processes, and driving revenue growth at the enterprise level.
Role: VP of Sales
π Hybrid NYC (2-3 days/week in office)
π° Pay: $400,000 - $450,000 (OTE) LTIP
π SaaS space (experience preferred but not required)
π Reports to the CRO
π Double-digit YoY growth
π 1,100 employees globally | $750M in revenue
π₯ Leads a team of Enterprise/Strategic sellers
π’ Must have experience selling to large Enterprise companies
What Weβre Looking For:
β Enterprise Sales Leadership: Proven experience leading and scaling strategic/enterprise sales teams.
β Sales Process & Methodology: Ability to build a repeatable, high-performing sales motion with best practices and structured methodologies.
β Hiring & Coaching: Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
β Revenue Growth: A track record of exceeding quotas, closing complex enterprise deals, and driving company-wide revenue growth.
β B2B SaaS or E-Commerce Experience: Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and relationship-driven sales.
β 10 Years in Sales Leadership: Deep expertise in managing high-impact sales organizations at B2B tech or e-commerce companies.
