LVN - PDN - $35/hr

• SIGN ON BONUS Eligibility: *The Sign On Bonus is available to RNs and LVNs for _specific patient assignments, primarily NIGHT shifts and WEEKEND shifts. _RN / LVN will receive $500 for every 250 hours worked with the qualifying patient, up to a Bonus maximum of $2,500. RN / LVN skills and availability must align with the patient assignment to be considered. RN / LVN must be active and free of any disciplinary or performance concerns at the time of bonus payout. Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Texas or qualifying Compact state as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must have reliable transportation; must be able to reliably commute.
• Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse with experience preferred but not required- tube feedings, Trach care, Ventilator management. Hands on training provided for complex diagnosis and equipment management.
• Previous Private Duty Nursing, NICU, PICU experience with exposure to complex, Tracheostomy or Ventilator patients is a plus.
• Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must successfully pass state required background screening.
• Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must successfully pass drug screening.
• Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must have effective communication skills.

SALARY

• $35-40 per hour
• This job posting is in response to a need for a highly acute patient. The hourly rate for other assignments will be lower.

• The ideal nurse is skilled with g-button care, tracheostomy and/or ventilator management.
