We partner with nephrology practices to deliver comprehensive care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD). As the Director of Market Operations, you will be accountable for the P&L of your market while owning external nephrology relationships with our partner practices. You will provide broad market oversight while collaborating closely with the local Clinical lead, Medical Director, and Central Operations team to deliver exceptional patient care. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will take a data-driven approach to leadership, holding your team accountable and implementing innovative strategies to ensure our vulnerable patients receive the highest level of quality and continuity of care.
The Day to Day
8 years experience in healthcare administration or related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or another relevant field. Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency

The Day to Day
- Drive accountability for market P&L performance using data analytics
- Accountable for market performance, using data to track trends and change strategies as needed.
- Advocates for the market clinical team, including liaising with a cross-functional team including analytics, legal, clinical and market development.
- Owns and manages external relationship and performance of assigned provider groups. Serves as primary point of contact for assigned providers.
- Establishes consistent and strong relationships with provider groups utilizing an account management approach while communicating and sharing provider reporting, focusing on areas for improvement.
- Plans, prepares, and executes effective provider group meetings/discussion with proper objectives and expected outcomes.
- Hires, trains, manages, and develops in-market leaders and promotes a metrics-driven team culture focused on clinical excellence
- Analyzes data to determine network strategy – e.g., identifies which hospitals have a high volume of admissions for our patients.
- Analyzes healthcare data to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency
- Identifies problems, develops plans, and executes solutions with stakeholder communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree such as MHA, MBA, MPH, or MSN.
- 4 years experience managing direct reports.
- Comfortable presenting to Providers and driving the conversation, answering unscripted questions, and building relationships based on subject matter expertise.
- Knowledgeable about project management techniques and able to develop a project plan that includes collaborating with market leadership and supporting departments.
- Ability to be highly responsive to Providers and act as the single point of contact for valuable relationships.
- Ability to be strategic as well as tactical.
- Persistence getting to “yes” in the face of many “no’s”.
- Outgoing, sales-focused skill set.

Salary : $130,000 - $163,000
