About the Role :
As a PMHNP , you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and offer ongoing management of psychiatric conditions. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive holistic and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients with mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy interventions.
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, ensuring patient safety and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing follow-up care, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on patient response and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, multidisciplinary care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication management.

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Strive Health policies and procedures.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
