What You’ll Do

The Sr. Manager, Marketing, will be instrumental in leading Strive’s marketing efforts, as well supporting some corporate communications tasks. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working as a marketing generalist and has experience leading and executing a wide variety of projects focused on digital content, campaigns, social media, swag and events. Reporting to the Director of Communications and PR, this role requires adaptability to changing business priorities and comfort in decision-making.

What You’ll Do

The Sr. Manager, Marketing, will be instrumental in leading Strive’s marketing efforts, as well supporting some corporate communications tasks. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working as a marketing generalist and has experience leading and executing a wide variety of projects focused on digital content, campaigns, social media, swag and events. Reporting to the Director of Communications and PR, this role requires adaptability to changing business priorities and comfort in decision-making.
The Day to Day
- Lead and write marketing content and campaigns across all channels (e.g., StriveHealth.com, LinkedIn, X, Facebook)
- Conduct regular content audits on StriveHealth.com
- Develop and execute a refreshed social media strategy
- Plan and execute 1-2 Strive-hosted partner events per year, help coordinate speaking and promotion logistics for leaders attending industry events and develop webinar event capabilities
- Own recognition content planning and execution, including the corporate swag process
- Help maintain the MarComm content calendar to support content planning and execution efficiencies
- Compile performance measurement reports to help measure marketing ROI
- Identify trends and insights to optimize content, campaigns and brand reach
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or a related field
- 5 years’ experience as a marketing generalist
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience planning events start to finish and coordinating event logistics
- Experience with organic and paid social media, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress and HubSpot
- Familiarity with project management platforms, such as Asana
- Knowledge of Associated Press style and willingness to learn in-house writing styles
- Highly organized and willing to lead a variety of projects

- Denver-based candidate who can collaborate in person at our HQ as needed

Salary : $108,800 - $136,000
