Salary: Starting at 65k Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our clinics receive personalized care and support. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clinics, supporting Territory Sales Managers, resolving various issues, and advocating for the patient's needs through our tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clinics and train providers on our products and services.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage sales calls, customer interactions, and data.
- Support sales team with orders, inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Process and manage prescriptions accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction across various service tiers and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support to enhance our pharmacy services.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience or a relevant 4-year degree/certificate.
- HIPAA compliance experience.
- Proficiency in LifeFile or willingness to learn.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
Desired Skills:
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry products.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management and office software.
