Position Overview :
At Strive Pharmacy, we're committed to elevating the wellness experience for healthcare professionals and patients alike. As Email Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting with our customers through thoughtful, personalized email journeys. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver impactful campaigns, leveraging both creative storytelling and advanced marketing automation to meet business goals. This role offers the opportunity to own and evolve the email marketing function while making a tangible impact on our growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Email Campaign Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention, and customer growth across the entire lifecycle.
- Content Development : Write compelling, professional, and brand-aligned email copy that speaks to our target audience and drives action. Strong emphasis on storytelling and delivering clear, engaging messages.
- Automation and Segmentation : Build and optimize automated workflows for onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement. Create advanced segmentation strategies to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
- Testing and Optimization : Conduct A / B and multivariate tests on subject lines, email content, CTAs, and send times to continuously improve performance.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions). Use insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with content creators, designers, marketing operations, and sales teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.
