Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Florida COTA license
- Must be CPR certified
- Open to all levels of experience, including new graduates
- Interest and ability to work in any of the following settings:
- Acute hospital – Assisting occupational therapists with early rehabilitation and functional support for patients recovering from trauma, surgery, or illness
- Inpatient rehab facility (IRF) – Supporting goal-driven therapy to help patients regain independence and mobility
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Mandatory requirement to work 4 weekend days per month ($5.00/hour weekend shift differential)
