Occupational Therapy Assistants at Strive! play an essential role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Working within our Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF) , OTAs provide hands-on support, implementing tailored treatment plans designed to restore function, confidence, and daily living skills. With access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you’ll have the resources and support needed to thrive in your career.
Occupational Therapy Assistant Qualifications :
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license
- Experience in a hospital or inpatient setting preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
