Occupational Therapists at Strive! are part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Whether assisting individuals with daily living skills, cognitive function, or mobility, our therapists are supported in delivering care that restores confidence and function. With opportunities in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF) , four outpatient centers in the region, and 2 regional acute care hospitals, we offer a dynamic and rewarding environment for both experienced therapists and recent graduates.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications :
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate) from an accredited program
- Valid Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Previous clinical experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
