Responsibilities
- Create, refine, implement, and oversee corporate IT policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the company’s Business Continuity Plan.
- Manage information security at the firm, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage relationship/processes with our external IT vendors, including participation in regular meetings and business reviews.
- Act as a point of escalation to resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly and ensure productivity of a hybrid workforce (both onsite in Dallas and remote workers).
- Manage end-user hardware procurement, delivery, setup, support, and inventory (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, mobile phones, etc.)
- Provide input to company leadership on enterprise IT budget including creative opportunities for optimization and/or cost reduction.
- Be on call at all hours to manage threat investigations. Must be self-sufficient in reporting to management without needing to read in additional resources.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network challenges.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Microsoft 365 environments, including user account management, license administration, email configurations, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security settings. Proven ability to monitor and maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates and new features to optimize the organization's productivity and collaboration.
- Working knowledge of administering Okta IAM, including user lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation, and integration with third-party applications. Strong understanding of IAM policies, group assignments, and security best practices to ensure seamless and secure access across the organization.
- Proven experience managing the configuration and support of video conferencing systems, including Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar platforms, to ensure reliable and high-quality meeting experiences.
- This role is an in-person role seated in Dallas, TX.
- 5 years of progressive experience in corporate IT.
