Strive is searching for a Senior Client Service Associate to ensure operational and experiential excellence for Strive Wealth Management clients. This individual is critical in maintaining high quality and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Leadership to implement a high-touch client service playbook designed to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries related to account maintenance, cash management, distributions, and investment reporting, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently.
- Maintain relationships with Advisor and Investments teams to report client trends and needs.
- Understand the basic principles of asset allocation and the various investment strategies used at the firm.
- Create professional presentations and communications tailored to client needs and inquiries
- Effectively and promptly understand, address, and resolve client issues.
- Manage initiatives and refine procedures to improve client onboarding, communication, reporting, and account service.
- Oversee the wealth management CRM (HubSpot) for accurate, organized record-keeping.
- Administrate the firm’s reporting to clients in Envestnet Tamarac.
- Serve a subject matter expert for all systems required to fulfill client service responsibilities, specifically Charles Schwab, Envestnet Tamarac, and HubSpot.
- Ensure client service processes meet industry regulations and company standards for data security and compliance.
- Assist with Client Service Associate onboarding and training.
- Relentless drive, ownership, and a solutions-focused mindset to achieve ambitious goals and fuel company growth.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in these fields is preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience working in investment advisory, asset management or a financial services company or as a Client Service Associate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and custodian platforms (particularly Charles Schwab Advisor Center) is a plus. Experience with Envestnet Tamarac is required.
