POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Manufacturing Plant Controller your roles and responsibilities will include :

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Drive the company's financial strategy and contribute to hiring decisions
• Develop and implement annual operating, capital, and program budgets
• Ensure robust cash flow management and oversee day-to-day accounting, reporting, and internal control activities
• Implement best practices and tools for fiscal management, project coordination, and cross-team communications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum Experience : 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
