The PM can run a standalone, multi-craft, EPC project up to 50 million dollars. Based on the project structure, the PM is responsible for directing engineering, procurement & construction. PM is accountable for all aspects of the project to include, but not limited to safety, quality, project controls, labor, material, scope, client interaction, & execution of all disciplines.
General :
- 10 years of applicable experience.
- History of working successfully as a Sr. Project Engineer, Construction Manager & / or Sr. Project Superintendent.
- Proven ability to work independently & collaborate, maintaining excellent rapport with team members.
- Overall project communication, strategic project planning, organization between multiple stakeholders comprised of partners, customers, public & local government entities.
- Understanding & assessing project resource demands to include organization chart development, roles & responsibilities, expectations, & the ability to make changes throughout the project.
- Through the development of the division of responsibilities, understand, enforce, & develop all necessary project documents.
- Understand & comply with local ordinances, contractor licensing, & city / county permitting requirements including all subcontractors, engineers & project partners.
- Lead project constructability reviews & task plan to improve the execution of the project.
- Ownership of project financials & the ability to evaluate costs & benefits to allow for correct decision making when reviewing short & long-term risks & opportunities.
- Demonstrate key business skills including communication skills, relationship development, & business acumen.
- Demonstrate management of the individual partner’s priorities for the good of the project. Ability to manage multiple teams including project site, remote management, engineers or partners.
- Self-motivated; capable of taking initiative, successfully handling & prioritizing multiple completing assignments & effectively managing deadlines.
- Great interpersonal & communication skills to coordinate team efforts, provide direction to team & communicate project objectives, parameters, status, & outcomes to stakeholders; & ability to serve as a spokesperson for Company.
- Willing to travel up to 1-week a month on average.
