Summary
Strobes N' More, New England's premier distributor, installer, and servicer of emergency vehicle equipment, is seeking a Warehouse and Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team immediately. This position includes all aspects of working in a warehouse – receiving, counting, stocking, picking / packing and ultimately shipping – with fulfillment time, quality control and customer satisfaction being the top priorities.
We stock ~1,500 emergency vehicle lighting SKUs across 35 different brands in our warehouse and serve a variety of customers types – including but not limited to law enforcement, fire, EMS, and a variety of different commercial end-users. Our customer purchasing patterns, and consequently our warehouse schematic and workflow are constantly evolving, and this makes for an exciting work environment. Daily, continuous improvement is also a large part of how we conduct warehouse operations.
You will have the opportunity to join a growing team and receive training and guidance from our experienced Customer Support Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality control through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area within the warehouse
- Identify areas of improvement within existing work procedures and practices
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations and OSHA standards
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments (e.g., purchasing, warehouse, installation & upfitting)
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs. of packages
- Ability to operate a forklift is not required, but is good to have
- Proficiency in working with shipping, website back-end, inventory management software programs and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with the emergency vehicle equipment industry is a plus
Educational & Work Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ideally at least one (1) year of warehouse and fulfillment experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday
