Strods Contracting is seeking individuals proficient in the operation of a wide range of heavy equipment, examples include but are not limited to experience in operation of excavators, dozers, loaders, rollers, skid steers, haul trucks, and more. GPS experience is a plus. Equipment Experience REQUIRED, must have 3-5 years of competent training. References are mandatory.
Employees will also be required to shoot grade, maintain equipment and tools properly, maintain an organized job site, clean and tidy company vehicles and equipment.
New employees will be offered fair and competitive wages based on their experience and qualifications. PAY will be DOE. New hires will be provided with the proper safety equipment, and training. Each employee will have their chance for bonuses and annual raises, along with company advancement.
Work is located within 2 hour radious of the Flathead Valley, reliable transportation is required. Some travel outside of the Valley may be required depending on the project.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
