About the Role
The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical HVAC questions, analyzing trends of spends, and making recommendations to clients to optimize their repair and maintenance spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC questions regarding service repairs and analyze trends of spends to make recommendations to clients.
- Account Management: Process quotes from service providers to customers and conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership.
- Leadership Skills: Evaluate & resolve technical issues, provide technical support for the department, and resolve billing problems of a technical nature.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven field experience in residential HVAC and minimum of 5 years as an HVAC service manager or adequate field supervisory experience.
