Position: Retail Sales Associate
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for motorcycles and customer service? As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our store, ensuring every customer enjoys a top-notch shopping experience. Your ability to engage customers, provide product knowledge, and keep our retail space running smoothly will play a key role in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
- Manage inventory by organizing displays, monitoring stock levels, and keeping shelves stocked.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and drive store performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a great shopping experience.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.
- Retail sales experience preferred, including knowledge of product demos and merchandising.
- Familiarity with motorcycle apparel, leathers, gloves, and helmets is a big plus!
