We are looking to add a couple reliable, detail oriented Packaging Machine Operators to our team. Our ideal candidate should have excellent mechanical skills, so previous experience working on packaging machines or manufacturing lines would be advantageous. Our team is highly efficient so we are looking for motivated people that will show up consistently and have a good attitude. Packaging work is a hourly position with potential to make additional bonuses based on production output!

Essential Duties:

-set up and operate the machinery used to label and weigh products

-ensuring the machines operate at optimal capacity

-resolving equipment malfunctions through troubleshooting

-routine checks and maintenance of machinery

-meet and exceed production minimums

-ensure products meet quality control standards

-maintain a safe and clean work space at all times

Skills Requirements:

-ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery

-strong attention to detail to monitor products for quality assurance

-problem solving abilities when it comes to machinery malfunctions and errors

-self motivated with an efficient, quality work ethic

-ability to collaborate with team members and work towards shared production goals

Qualifications:

-cannabis experience is encouraged but not required

-bilingual English/Spanish speaker is preferred but not required

-must be able to work independently or in a small group

-must be able to adapt to new procedures

-must be able to pass a background check

-must be legal to work in California

Expected hours: 40 per week
