- The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales and customer service teams within STRONG AUTOMOTIVE MERCHANDISING LLC. - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including data entry, order tracking, and communication with the warehouse/shipping department.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed in the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the sales or management team.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing activities, such as trade shows and promotional events.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
