Job Purpose

  • The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales and customer service teams within STRONG AUTOMOTIVE MERCHANDISING LLC. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and coordinating various administrative tasks to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including data entry, order tracking, and communication with the warehouse/shipping department.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed in the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the sales or management team.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing activities, such as trade shows and promotional events.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including filing, data entry, and general office support.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Experience

  • 1 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
