Strong Force Staffing, a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, is currently recruiting for the position of Clinical Manager, Outpatient Surgery for a valued client agency, a leading regional healthcare provider in Athens, GA. This key leadership role involves administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, focusing on cost and finance management, human resources, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and patient/physician/staff satisfaction. The position is crucial for promoting patient- and family-centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the administrative and operational aspects of assigned departments.
- Manage cost, finance, human resources, and quality of care.
- Ensure clinical outcomes meet the highest standards of care.
- Promote patient/physician and staff satisfaction.
- Lead change management initiatives as required.
- Participate as part of the entity management team and the Shared Governance Model.
- Embrace and promote the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare organization and Nursing Professional Practice.
- Focus on succession planning by identifying and nurturing talent, providing support, education, and resources to grow future nursing leaders.
- Assist in staffing as necessary to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of a nursing program (BSN highly preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient roles) or clinical (outpatient roles) setting
- At least one (1) year of relevant leadership experience
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification required
- Additional Qualifications:
- BSN and experience are highly preferred but not required
- Advanced certification in the field of specialty (if required)
