Field RN Case Manager, Hospice (RN)
The Opportunity : We're actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated FULL-TIME Hospice RN for the Glendale area. This vital position involves providing exceptional hospice care within the warmth and comfort of our patients' homes throughout the valley. Qualifications :
- A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona.
- A minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience is required, with at least one (1) year of specific experience in in-home hospice care.
- Strong leadership capabilities, able to supervise and direct members of the client care team effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for tactful interactions with clients and the community.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Must be a licensed driver with automobile insurance in good standing.
