As a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager you’ll play a key part in developing the strategy and executing the commercialization plans to deliver profitable growth and key near-term operations for Fabricated Metals, LLC. In this role, you’ll leverage actionable insights to drive brand awareness and growth within our key business units. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance will ensure executional excellence of our strategic growth priorities. This role is accountable for championing the brand’s ethos and knowing the customers and end users to create a north star for brand decisions.
Essential functions:
- Works with the internal teams and external creative / media agencies to develop marketing strategies and plans that increase awareness, penetration and purchase frequency.
- Develop a deep understanding of the demographics, psychographics, path to purchase, and behavioral drivers of the brand through data and research.
- Analyzes data and learnings to optimize marketing plans and commercial investment decisions to deliver business results.
- Deliver year-over-year positive growth on our owned e-commerce channels by building the go-to-market strategy.
- Identifies optimal engagement strategy and campaign structure to reach consumers when and where they are most receptive.
- Strong understanding of brand foundational tools and ensures the relevance of the brand’s identity, essence, and activations across all touchpoints.
- Partners with Sales and Customers to execute strategy in an omni-channel environment.
- Analyze promotional programs to maximize effectiveness/efficiency and make on-going recommendations for improvement.
- Ensures compliance with all brand standards from divisions and departments.
Skills:
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and agency partners utilizing strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Experience leading marketing projects including digital and media strategies.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns with the ability to build and optimize recommendations.
- Experience leveraging data, research and trends to generate insights to understand consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Required education and experience:
- At least 7-10 years or work experience in marketing or brand management. Industrial Manufacturing or Product Marketing a plus
- 3-5 years’ experience leading teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
Preferred education and experience
- Masters in Business Administration or related field
