What We’re Looking For:
A Lead Press Brake Operator & Programmer who is not only an expert in operating press brake machinery but also skilled in programming, troubleshooting, and training others. The ideal candidate is a leader with a passion for precision and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate press brake machines to manufacture tools, equipment, and components from sheet metal or metal plates.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Train and mentor team members on press brake operation, programming, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to maintain high-quality production output.
- Ensure sufficient raw materials are available and aligned correctly for production runs.
- Conduct routine quality checks, measuring and inspecting finished pieces for compliance with quality standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on press brake machinery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to optimize processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience operating and programming press brake machines.
- Proficiency with CNC press brake programming (Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, or similar).
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Shift Information:
- Monday - Thursday schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
