What We're Looking For:
If you're driven by a passion for success and thrive on continuous improvement, you're the machine operator we're seeking! In this role, you'll be instrumental in our manufacturing process, interpreting production drawings, ensuring quality, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. While CNC machine operation experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. You'll need to be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and comfortable working in a non-temperature regulated environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Flexibility is key, as is the ability to work effectively within a team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret standard production drawings and job specifications
- Experience with CNC machinery preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in reading a standard tape measure and performing basic math calculations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
- Successful completion of a drug screen and criminal background check

Minimum Starting Pay: $21.33 Shift Differential

Shift Information:
- Monday-Thursday schedule, with four 10-hour shifts per week
- 2nd Shift 5:00 PM-3:30 AM
