What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone that is goal oriented, has experience with Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and/or General Facilities maintenance. You must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment around loud machinery and have a flexible schedule, as this role requires you to be on a call rotation schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize hand tools, powered hand tools, and welding equipment.
- Work in various ambient environments, sometimes at elevated positions.
- Promote a safe working environment and adhere to 5S principles.
- Participate in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technical support personnel.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong background in electrical, electronic, and CNC maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with assembly machine components (Sensors, PLC, etc.).
- Proficient in high and low voltage electrical concepts.
- Knowledge of plant maintenance is a plus-able to diagnose and repair equipment/machines.
- Self-motivated, team player with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
