What we're looking for:
We are looking for a team player who wants to grow as an individual and with our company.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Powder Coat offers a wide range of metal products.
- Maintain the area and equipment.
- Operate machinery used in the production process.
- Visually inspect all products to ensure quality.
Requirements:
- Experience using a pistol-style electrostatic spray gun.
- Ability to spray large surfaces with even mil-thickness coverage.
- Constant standing, bending, and stooping.
- Reaching, lifting, pulling, and pushing
- Knowledge of cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Understanding of material prep and coating.
- Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
- Able to read a standard tape measure.
- Strong Mechanical and computer skills.
- Wear common protective or safety equipment.
- High School diploma or GED
