What We’re Looking For:
As a Sales Administrator with Utility Metals, you will provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team. You will be responsible for order and data entry, tracking orders, processing paperwork, maintaining the customer database, and ensuring products or services are delivered on-time. You may also handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process online, email, and phone sales efficiently
- Ensure order and invoice accuracy to maintain customer satisfaction
- Perform essential customer service functions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage order delivery timelines and maintain effective communication with customers
- Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe PDF
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Mathematics proficiency
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
