Social Worker – Adult Partial Hospital Program
The University of Rochester seeks a passionate Social Worker to join the Adult Partial Hospital Program (APHP) team in the Department of Psychiatry. The role involves providing therapy, conducting psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and collaborating with community resources to support adults (18 ) in their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary therapist, offering individual, group, or family therapy.
· Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning.
· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and community agencies.
· Document care and attend required meetings and training.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Social Work (CSWE-accredited).
· NY State social work license (or eligibility to obtain within 18 months).
· 2-3 years of post-master’s experience, preferably in psychiatric or acute clinical settings.
· Commitment to cultural humility, anti-racism, and inclusive care.

Salary Range: $63,003 - $80,600 annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
