Strong Roofing, a reputable roofing company in the Upstate of South Carolina, is actively seeking highly motivated & professional individuals to join our team as Storm Restoration Representatives. We are looking to add 2-3 dedicated individuals who will assist homeowners with insurance claims, estimates, & storm damage inspections. Our company is committed to providing comprehensive training, making this an excellent opportunity for those without prior experience in the industry. Through our top-tier storm restoration training program, we will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills within a short period of 3 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and meticulously document storm damage to residential properties
• Educate homeowners on the claims process and facilitate the signing of restoration agreements
• Accurately create estimates and measure home exteriors and damages
• Proactively engage in marketing initiatives to generate leads and secure new prospects

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with customers face to face
• Physical ability to climb ladders for roof inspections when required
• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
• Demonstrated independence, self-discipline, and strong time management abilities
• Sales experience is a desirable asset, although not mandatory
• Proficiency in using a smartphone to capture pictures and videos during home inspections
