Job Summary:
The Marina Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and success of marina operations while delivering high-quality service to the boating community.
This position involves overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, exceptional customer service, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Managing reservations, billing, customer inquiries, and coordinating marina services
- Supporting staff and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for boaters and visitors
- Recruiting, training, managing, and supporting office staff and summer dockhands
- Collaborating with the General Manager on team oversight, process improvements, and operational procedures
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience in office administration within a marina or hospitality environment
- Possession of knowledge of boating and marina operations (a plus)
- Flexibility to work seasonally required hours
