The Marina Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and success of marina operations while delivering exceptional service to the boating community.
This position involves managing reservations, billing, customer inquiries, and coordinating marina services while supporting staff and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for boaters and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes and exceptional customer service
- Managing reservations, billing, customer inquiries, and coordinating marina services
- Supporting staff and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for boaters and visitors
- Recruiting, training, managing, and supporting office staff and summer dockhands
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience in office administration within a marina or hospitality environment
- Possession of knowledge of boating and marina operations (a plus)
- Flexibility to work seasonally required hours
