What's your day like?
As a Quality Control Specialist at Strong Spas, you will play a vital role in ensuring our spas meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring quality issues throughout the manufacturing process and meticulously completing quality checklists for each spa. You will also handle essential paperwork such as Pass/Fail Tracking, Inspection Records, and Management of Change, ensuring all documentation is neat and accurate. Effective communication with Production Workers will be crucial for addressing and resolving quality issues swiftly, while ongoing collaboration with Production Leads will help tackle severe concerns. Additionally, you will be required to read and interpret spa blueprints accurately and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures specific to your department.
