- Prepare and clean surfaces for powder coating
- Apply powder coating to metal parts using appropriate techniques
- Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of powder coating
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and tools
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in office
- Monday through Friday - no weekends
- The working location is 310 Windy Point Drive, Glendale Heights, IL.
- A minimum of one of more years of powder coating and machine operation experience is required
- Experience using the following equipment would be helpful, but not required: Salvagnini, Trumpf and Amada Press Brake, Trumpf Multi Tool Punch, Amada Laser, or other similar machines
- Has experience with one or more of the following skills: Salvagnini, Trumpf and Amada Press Brake, Trumpf Multi Tool Punch, Amada Laser, or other similar machines, as well as welding, use of power tools and hand tools, line work, steel manufacturing, measurement calculation, forklift experience, etc.
- Is a positive and self-motivated team player!
- Able to communicate effectively and relay any process improvements, suggestions, or challenges to your supervisor
- Is able to work in different stages of the production process
